I'm stuck at the first fresh air station in the lower level toxic room. The character Mark dies before I can move though the first opening down the path. I think I can make it using the "Sprint" option but it does not work. I sent an email to the developers asking for help with configuing the Sprint option but their answer was vague and did not answer my question.

They suggested I, "stay at the ventilation pipe for some time" . I stayed for 1 full minute (clock time) but did not improve my situation. The developers did not even offer help as to why the Sprint optioj is not working on my laptop.

You should stay at the ventillation pipe for some time to allow Mark to recover a little bit before proceeding.That area should be completeable without sprint.

I don't believe I can continue on in this puzzle without using the Sprint command due to the
short timer that controls Mark from passing out between the fresh air station and the next
opening (about 5 seconds). I even tried to approach the puzzle from the spiral staircase
in the factory but the short timer stops me cold. I checked the STEAM community for a
solution but could not find one that addresses my predicament.
