And just to clarify, the laptop isn't a slouch by any stretch, it runs fallout 4 with about 70 mods at a stable 30fps 720p
Might already be fixed in Part III, as all levels has been recompiled.
I am having this issue as well unfortunately :( Straight after loading level 4 there is a drastic change in the brightness/contrast. Makes darker areas very hard to see and is kinda game breaking for me.
Swizzler have you gotten past level 4, does it get any better after that level?
I am on a windows 10 pc running i7 4700k and 980GTX.
Have uploaded some before and after screenshots right at the spot where chapter 4 loads.
