Bunker - connected dam to grid early on but no second breaker!

Outside the bunker in the electrical room the second breaker will not light. Early on in the game I had connected the dam to the grid / synchronised etc... How to progress with the game?

There's vent in the archieves room, you can climb on the shelves and enter the vent.

Thanks, does this mean you can access the main hall or is that now locked out?

Are you 100% certain that the dam was properly connected to the grid? Both of the switch yard breakers need to be properly on. Did you get the achievement, and did you leave the dam properly connected after that?

If so, did you spam the breaker button when connecting the dam to the grid? There might be a rare issue related to it.

Yes I got the achievement and yes I left everything as it was and moved on in the level. No I did not stay and play with the buttons.

This is why this bug is so frustrating; you read the note about having to be connected to the dam and since you already did that you then think there is something else you must do to make that second breaker light up. It took me hours to realise it was not possible and then some searching to find others that have the same isue.
