I'm completely stuck after I go through the fireplace in the tunnel in chapter 9, Wilderness. The next area (Deserted Villa) loads, but the screen is completely black. I can't see my flashlight, camera or cell phone, but I can hear myself walking around what sounds like a tunnel (echoes).

I can't even see the little progress bar when the level is loading, which is strange. The screen just fades to black, stays black while the level loads and the sound of the tunnel comes back. I can hear myself holstering and taking out the flashlight, camera and phone, but nothing.

I've tried reloading older savegames, going back and redoing the previous level, but to no avail. Whenever I hit that loading point, the game goes black. It's been like this for several days and I've tried everything I know how to try.

Can anyone help?
