Game keeps crashing

I'm at the small town right before you get back to the office and for some reason my game keeps crashing. It has crashed when I grabbed an item before and when I was saving.

Known problem.

Change all your video settings to minimum. If that helps, you can check to see which one was causing the problem, or just leave them all on that setting until you move on from that area to the next area. Once you're out of there, you can put everything back the way it was.

That area has a lot of objects in, and trying to draw the display causes problems with an unexpected collection of setups. Sorry, there's no fix.
