I Might Need Help here..

At Chapter 2, When you Encounter your first tape, there's a door to the left end of the room.
I Click Over Ride on that area to get a Photo of the Cave Rubble but the door is still Close.

Any Leeds on how to Unlocking the door?

It's the Ham Valley Dam Where you First Hear Alex Hartman.

There are two control boards at the Dam. One is in the room you are in now and the first one is to the right of the broken elevator when you first arrived. Between those two boards of switches you will be able to unlock whatever can be unlocked.
