Why can't I buy this game?
The option to in the steam page isn't there.

Could be. The currency thing steam did ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up a bunch of games' store pages. I'm from Israel

Ah, that's definitely why. I submitted pricing for Israel (among other countries) several days ago to Valve, but they're probably all out of the office until the new year. I'm sure it will be resolved as soon as they're back.
