Vsync = 30 FPS cap?
With Vsync on, the game hard caps the FPS to 30. With it off, I get screen tearing. Windowed fullscreen removes the tearing but then I get stuttering. Anyway to get the vsync to not cap the FPS at 30? Thanks.
