May I ask another question here, to get the "Exo's Envy" achievement (getting all tyderium medals in every level) Does it need to be in one "new game run" or does the levels count if they're replayed separately from score attack/time attack?

It doesn't need to all be in the same run. As long as you've gotten tyderium on every map at least once, you should get it. You should be able to see your progression on that by going to "quick play" after picking "new game" in the main menu.

To unlock BS difficulty, does it count if i just complete all of the levels from quick play in hardcore? And for the achievement "Complete episode 1 on BS difficulty" Does that need to be in one go a new game, or does it count if I complete separately every level in BS difficulty. I think that's all I need to know

Both of those are intended to be all done in one single run. However, looking at the code, it looks like it might be possible to start on the last map and simply beat it on hardcore/BS. I could be wrong and maybe it works as intended.
