How to get the game textures into the editor?
I found this problem brought up before, but the solution doesnt seem to apply. When I first started the editor, it asked for the Wrack folder, which I pointed it to, but when I created a face, it had no texture, and there werent any in the texture window when I opened it. Someone else had a similar problem, and apparently it had something to do with selecting a specific zip file(s), as shown in the Getting Started video (#1). Going into General Settings and choosing the game folder again didnt work.

When I start a map, the editor pauses and says it's loading textures, but they arent available. How do I make them show up in the texture window? Is there another menu dialogue I need to open to get them?

Alright, do this:

- Load a map or start a new map
- Go to Resources -> Load additional resources...
- Load one or more of the texture packs that came with Wrack. You should find them in a folder like:

c:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wrack\editor\packs

I recommend one of the level packs (E1L1/2/4/6) along with E1COMMON.

The reason they're split into packs is because loading all of them at once would result in a *ton* of memory use! :)

Hope that helps!
