It is possible, but it is semi-random. I believe K&N appears when you've spent last 2-3 seasons in the category

After i have completed all seasons 1st place, and all offers from Ravenwest? I believe i got screwed in this game, AGAIN

K&N have a very exacting, almost ruthless strategy, in order to compete with Ravenwest for the top spots. They only want the ‘proven’ best drivers. They will only make offers to drivers that have shown they can repeatedly fulfil their contracts, for the lesser teams, and in the longer competitions. They want those that consistently finish the competition on the podium and are focussed on a particular motorsport. You may need prove that over successive seasons, in similar competitions, before they’ll come knocking.

You'll want to get yourself in a position to be getting targets along the lines of finishing 2nd or above for the top teams to come knocking.

All I can say is that now I've completed every season twice, one for a missing team then again for Ravenwest (that's 96 seasons total) I have 3 offers for every season.

K&N never came up on my first play-through but it popped up on the second in one of the endurance series. I didn't take it at that time and went for Ravenwest so for this reason I had to a season for the third time just to drive for K&N and get the achievement. As of now K&N is available for me in the last 3 series in endurance discipline. They're also offered as sponsor in the Grid Legends Series where I have now 5 offers total.

So it is a lot of grind overall or you might get lucky somewhere along the way. I wasn't.

Out of curiosity are you after season 48 now? (5 disciplines x 9 in each + the 3 Grid series)

I'm in the 50s for the season total. I have won every season in 1st place. Have all offers from Ravenwest.. and all seasons have 3 offers, and 5 in grid series.. so i'm expected to see KN just pop up now??

Yes. As I said after my first play-through (winning every race) K&N popped up somewhere later on in endurance (5th or 6th of the 9 series) only and when redoing the Grid Legends Series. I didn't take it that time as on my second play-through I raced only for Ravenwest and now I can pick K&N in the last 3 series of endurance and in the Grid Legends Series.

I don't know about others, but I focused heavily on Endurance during the beginning of my career, and K&N appeared for tier 2 championships after I've done all tier 1 ones in consecutive seasons without repeating for Ravenwest

That confirms that endurance is the place to look for K&N when chasing that Steam achievement.

K&N is in touring as well... i've done endurance 3 times so there pretty much is no guaranteed way to get it.. if at all?!?

Then it does have some randomness to it. What matters is that you finally got an offer for K&N if I understood you right.

No, i cannot get the offer. I just see KN racing in touring. This is BS

Oh, so you meant you see them as competitors in a race.

Well, I saw no sign of K&N offer until somewhere around season 70 despite finishing 1st in every race and completing as much sponsor goals as possible. I drove for them in season 97 in the end and got the achievement, was in endurance.

i'm on season 61.. and racing in open wheel against them.. this is crap how it would take so long

I'm needing to go back and find my missing club as the achievement still hasnt popped for me. I actually thought I got them all though and that the achievement might be bugged, but will try K&N if that seems to be the rare one to find. Perhaps I did miss it!
