Hi, i'm having the same Problem. i will try to restart the game entirely, and try to give him the manuscript first, instead of third or second key opportunity. Hope that resolves it :(

Hi, for me it worked now as well.

I went to Xiaowen again, klicked on the radio that is behind the beautiful Hair-dressings in the middle. Talked to Xiaowen again, that i really wanted it, and then i could give him the manuscript first, and the sheet music second.
