As the title says, "Daedalic Super Bundle" actually gives you extra copies if you already own the included games. (You will get a warning when purchasing/redeeming them though)

This is not stated on the store page, but like Valve Complete Pack or L4D Bundle, The Orange Box, the bundle have parameters of checking if you already own them and giving an extra copy of each game.

(The packages like those have a parameter called "On Purchase Grant Guest Pass Package", which gives you Guest Pass or extra copies when you purchased.
And each "Sub ID" designated by "On Purchase..." has another parameter "App ID Owned Required", which checks you already have the game (App ID) or not.

So if you are considering to purchase separated games to avoid wasting your money, I want to tell you that you can get extra copies and able to gift them to your friends if you buy the bundle.
