[developer] this achievement does not seem to work. I have killed micky, detective grassi and the mafia hitman and then shoot Joe and nothing seems to activate. I already have the sleeping with the fishes achievement and the game does not allow me to bump off bumpy or hank with the shiv in the mess hall. So what am i missing to get this achievement???

Secondly when you get to the credits and press escaoe it restarts the game, but when you press escape again to gain access to the load menu instead the game locks up...
