A few hours ago I decided to start a - third - new game and try to perform the correct steps in order to get the 'In Cold Blood'-achievement.
The first two playthroughs didn't exactly know what to do to get this achievement, but now that I do know, I was not given the 'Shoot Joe'-option at the end.

The following steps were performed:

Stabbed Hank, Gas Pipe and Bumpy in the mess hall.
Killed Gas Pipe
Pushed Mason of the cliff.
Get Mickey killed.
Kicked the trashcan so that Grassi and Joe shoot each other.

When loading a previous save game to redo my - possible - mistake (not shooting Grassi myself), I'm presented with a ridiculous bug that prevents me from completing the game.

Close to the ending of the game, where you have to "smash Gas Pipe with a rock" the game suddenly decides to not give me any clickable option after killing Gas Pipe.

In other words; I hit him with the rock and then Joe just stands there with a rock in his hands and I cannot left click anything. Not the rope, the rope nor can I view the inventory or press escape to reload a save game. I simple cannot continue.

Something is wrong, and since I don't want to spend another 3-4 hours to play the game for the forth time..
Does anybody have a legit save file that I can use to unlock the Cold Blood achievement with?
