Rope Bug

I was collecting "rope" to escape the prison and got 3 pieces of 8 foot "rope". When I add two together it'll turn into 16 foot rope, but when I add the last piece it won't turn to 24 foot rope, but just 16. I tried several things to fix it, even restarted the game twice, but nothing change. Anyone got the same problem or some tips and tricks to fix the bug? :)

Do not worry my friend, the same thing happened to me, though this does not prevent you from completing the game. Once you find the fourth and final piece of rope and combine it with the 16ft length, it magically becomes the 32ft of rope that Joe requires to escape. Hope this helps.

:) Be sure to Not give away the wedding ring at the end of the game. If you have already done that, do NOT rush into things when using the phone at the end or you will encounter another bug there... I'm not gonna spoill, just save before you interact with any sort of phone and you will be allright :)
