Can't turn in Play and Sheet Music To Opera Guy

I have the play and have the sheet music and he will not take it from me to get the radio. I have/had the two other keys. Mickey took one. I don't get it. Is this a bug?

you have to touch radio first

Lol turns out I had to ask him a question first. Then give the manuscript, then the sheet music. Would not do it doing radio first, then handing manuscript. Had to ask him some question first. The one that stumped me the worst was making that herb soup and getting the spices. Anyways game was fun for 2 bucks.
