He has 428 tonnes coming in then it seems to get split into amounts that are higher than what's coming in if i'm reading that pane right?
The 428 is how many tons your extractors are producing as well as any imports coming into that Industry Area.
372 is how many tons are currently being transported around by truck. This can be from either extractors and storage buildings.
261 is the total production per week of those processing buildings. For example if you have 5 Sawmills and each one produces 3,000 units a week, the number above the Planed Timber side would be 15 tons.
Extraction and Production numbers are rounded up in game.
