Report a translation problem
The offset for this problem is tourism. It will send the scales the other way. The problem is it's probably too hard to balance that at first. I might agree with some other people that parks should be used more strategically. I don't know fi they are really wanting to have the same gameplay as SC4 wher eparks and plazas are just "boosters" and can be used haphazardly. I think their idea is right, but right now the math seems wrong and hard to address other than using parks VERY minimally and making sure tourism can counterbalance.
Or as Iceman said, turn to just editing what you can for now.

Green spaces and leasure spaces are mandatory to happiness, but of course too many are a bad thing. But there are not only stay-at-home parents but youth to consider. Apparently right now the simulation is all about the worker. But even they need sunshine on the weekend.
