Mouse stuttering
Playing this on a new system and the mouselook seems very uneven, snapping into place and hitching a bit, anyone else having this issue? anyone got a fix?

Do you have the unofficial patch installed and enabled?
Also, the game is locked at 60 FPS, so, if you have a higher refresh rate monitor, it might seem like it's stuttery, but that's just how it is.

Yeah got the patch, and my monitor caps at 60hz, it's weird it'd like the mouselook isn't "smooth" it's jagged

Not sure what the issue is then. Especially orbit only happens in this game and with the patch too...
There's unfortunately not many options in the game to set anything lol.
Does your mouse have a dpi setting you can change maybe! Maybe it's polling too fast downturn game to register, though, that's extremely unlikely... Or some external software interfering with it idk...
Subscribing as I'd like to know a fix as well. It's even worse when using gamepad lol.
Do you have dinput8.dll in your game folder?
