So as I read "full access" is not full access right? Not buying then...

It grants access to all current and future gun models (and that's a huge number of models and continues to grow every month). It doesn't cover the "premium" models like vehicles, though.

I purchased one of these packs a very long time ago, and after a large update, I don't even have access to some of it. I wouldn't purchase anything in this game.

Purchasing any DLC should safeguard your account from being deleted, that's in their Terms of Service. Have you contacted the devs? Maybe you should send a friend request to NE, he's always been very helpful with my inquiries.
