HELP Suddenly limitless O2 Food & Water

Last session about an hour in I suddenly noticed FOOD, WATER, and O2 were fixed at max or 100%

Health is still affected. Creatures still damage vehicles, and me.

Did I somehow accidentally activate a cheat??
Or, I hope it's because I'm over 200 hours in, 1st run through.

Any advice, info, iput would be much appreciated.

have you tried restarting the game?
have you tried anything at all?

Thanks. Not yet as I'm downloading another game now. Will do so later today and post back. I am hoping it's just a bug. Sorry, I should have done that before posting.

Indeed. It's always been my dream to have my very own gift horse.
But, damit, I didn't notice it when it came.

After restarting Steam, verify files, and restart the game - yeah, you guessed it...
My blasted gift horse went giddiup diddiup. I even heard the clipity clop getting weaker until I could no longer hear it.

I wasted my gift horse. I think it's name was fleetingbug.

After solving it (easily, sadly) I'm sitting here with a long face.

This can happen if you use a teleporter - especially a particular one near the end of the game - while in the PRAWN. As said, quitting and restarting usually fixes it.
