Problem with Planet 4546B Postcard

I can not sell the Planet 4546B Postcard item on the trading floor. Throws an error while performing this action. Please help me solve this problem.

I have same issue, and Steam refusing to let it sell. Bad Move by Valve.

I think there is hidden lock of 7 days trade. Check 7 days later from the time you bought it.

This happened to me on 7th july in this fear i reset my Mobile Authenticator now i'm stuck with 15days hold. So due to this can't even check if i can sell it now or not.
