You can talk to characters by visiting their spot in town if they had a hangout there before you recruited them, or by speaking to them in your camp before resting. Also in random Camp scenes, that can trigger after you rest. Some members may take part in them. You can also interact with characters during story beats or certain random events and discoveries.
