or maybe someone can add those in a (huuuge) mod? the quality of AI voices these days is so insane, they're much better than the average (soulless) voice actor - in the West with English at least. Women rarely if ever sound feminine or interesting. In audio books, there's a few, very few crazy good voice actresses, but most are just Genshin tier... squeaky or aggressively mid and brash. and despite that they're so expensive to pay.

I often wonder how good this or that game would have been with better or any voice acting for longer text parts or narrations.
this seems to be an ideal candidate for that.
