1. Are you, by any chance, using an ultra-wide resolution like 21:9, 32:9, etc.? If so the UI may need further tweaks.
2. Are you on the latest build? If not, does the issue persist in the latest build?
If the answer to 1 is no, and the answer to 2 is 0.5.46, can you please send me your player.log file and/or your savefile folder zipped after attempting a trade? They are both located here:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Spyridon Thalassinos\Erannorth 3 - Renaissance
You can reach me at 'raven at erannorth dot com'.
I am not using ultra-wide
I am going to try to send you the zipped file of my saves and log. Expect an email shortly, let me know if you get it and if it includes everything you want and if you see the problem as I see it...
If you want a screen shot let me know and I'll send one...
There are no errors in the log file, but from what I see, the timestamps of the saves are prior to the 0.5.45 patch. Is that the case?
It could explain the problem, as all the NPCs in your instance of Llanford appear to be generated with the old inventory algorithm, and the inventory generation for random NPCs changed in the 0.5.45 patch.
If that's indeed the case, you should be able to trade with random NPCs normally with your next character.
That said, this character can probably trade normally with the official merchants in Llanford's marketplace too, as their inventories are generated differently and refresh daily.
Just thought of something. I did overwrite the saves when I started over. I had all the saves from my previous play through and overwrote them when I started over instead of deleting them and making new ones. Could be possible that made the error if the saves time and date was not overwritten or some other problem with overwriting saves happened. Might be worth checking out just to be sure...
