im playing the game on my old laptop and the performance so far has been a stable 60fps without any drop whatsoever. but when the scene changes to the world map, my fps dropped to 12~ on average. im guessing its the fog of war that affects it so much, i would like to suggest an option in the menu to change the fog of war to a more simpler but much less taxing option.
