Logic
I've seen several threads on how every puzzle is solvable through logic. On most I agree, but I hit a wall on 6-4.
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=861060443

notes:
- all greyed out columns have been accounted for and the remaining '5' column has 7 hexes.
- 6 remaining hexes with 1 of them to the 'north' leaving 5 hexes amongst 14 hexes, 2 possible in the '5' column.
- both of the uncovered '2' & '1' have two choices and could go either way.
- after accounting for the two in the '5' column, there's 4 remaining and could be anywhere amongst the uncovered.

It seems I got to a point where I have to guess...did I miss something?

Yep. Figure it out. You don't have to guess. You never have to guess. You never ever have to guess. Ever. Understand? Is that clear enough?

I understand the concept, but if you have a hint on solving this one how about sharing it instead of giving me a hint of snark?

F'lar, do you see the diagonal {3} on the right side? if you go down that diagonal you come to the unsatisfied black 2 where you can destroy a cell.

Then also you have the diagonal {2} on the left side. If you go down the diagonal you come to the other unsatisfied black two 2 where you can also destroy a cell.

That was it! My thanks. :steamhappy:

I've had to resort to guessing and memory for a lot of this puzzle, there just isn't enough information, even using the lines from clicking on the columb numbers, I get stuck pretty often and have to guess, usually based on pattern but the design isn't symetrical so I make mistakes.

No guessing is necessary, ever.

If you stuck have a good nights rest and look at it again the next day.

Was goin to post about a situation where seems that your only option is to guess but I was wrong haha, looking the screenshot I've realized the solution.

Cheers
