And no guessing.

So, it's static in the sense that instead of randomly clicking somewhere and going from there you have a fixed set of puzzles - but the game still revolves around: you get a number that tells you which fields are right/wrong surrounding it and based on another number you can pinpoint a field

At first it is basically minesweeper with hexes, but it become much more complicated. E.g. There are levels where you are not given any numbers on any hexes. Instead a number above each column will tell you how many blue hexes are in that row and if they are consecutive or spread apart using different symbols.
If you like minesweeper at all but want more than what it offers, this game is probably for you.

This game reminded me a lot of Minesweeper and Picross. Both of which are great puzzle games.
