Perfectionist achievement not unlocking...
I have a 100% save slot but it didn't unlock. So I actually did all levels with 0 mistakes in one single playthrough but it didn't unlock. I rebooted steam and launched the game but nothing happened. What are you supposed to do for this thing?

I did only slot 1, and that is really all there is to do. Because slot 2 and 3 do not contain more puzzles, they contain exactly the same puzzles like slot 1. These slots are meant when 3 players play the same game, so each player can use his own "savegame".

what about deinstall it and play it again?

the second time you are much faster and it's still fun. Play each level with with max. one error. the first two third I did not allow me a single error but for the rest I gave me the 1 error tolerance when I was just making a careless mistake. As the worlds greatest detective this policy should please you XD

after I beat it on my own without any errors and still didn't get the chievo I thought that maybe that was the case because I needed a lot of tries for some of the levels. So I went through the entire game again and finished every level with 0 errors on first try with a guide. didn't help...

did you uninstall it between the two runs?

whatever the software says, man, I know that you are a perfectionist. Though I try since a few years to get rid of perfectionism, since it is in real life quite inefficient and life unfriendly.

Hexcells gave me now the second "perfect game", but I'm not that much proud of it, compared to Unreal Tournament 3 where I fought days to reach that goal it was here rather simple.

well, I don't know why but it just popped when I started the game to do another save slot. no idea what was going on there...

found this to share with you:

Follow these steps if you have completed a task(achievement) on a game and DID NOT unlock the ACHIEVEMENT...

Step1: Go to library
Step2: Right click the game that you, didnt get the achievements
Step3:Click proerties and go to "LOCAL FILES"
Step4: click Verify integrity of game cache
step5: Once it is complete launch the game. Once the game runs give it a few seconds and you will unlock the achievements
