If you look at the long vertical line with {6}, it is impossible for the two bottom tiles to both don't have mines underneath them (because of the 2 on the left side). Thus, the second tile from the bottom must have a mine underneath it.
This means that the fifth tile from the top (on the vertical {6} line, without counting the white spots) must not have a mine underneath, thus opening up possibilities in that direction
