click detection areas are in the wrong place

When I try to click on a given hexagon, the area where my click is detected is wrong, and it makes it quite hard to click on anything. It's also true for menu options.

I have the same problem and it's very annoying. A temporary fix for me (OS X 12.4, 14" screen, M1 chip) is to A) command F or B) go to Mission Control (swipe four fingers up), and drag Hexcells down to force it being windowed instead of fullscreen.

Again, not a real solution, annoying, and I prefer full screen, but if you want to keep the game it does the trick.

Edit to clarify: For me I have to click roughly half a hexagon _above_ anything I want to click and I already tried other resolutions, which did not fix the problem.
