How can I beat 4-4 in slot 1 without guessing?
I am stumped where to go next, without guessing? Any clues would be appreciated.

Check out the {2} in the upper right area. You can eliminate the lower-right adjacent cell since it's not next to the blue cell.

By the way, the slots are save files, they don't have different levels for each one.
