How to tell which previously completed puzzles were perfect?
After you've done them, I noticed if you haven't made any mistakes, the level-hex in the menu screen will have a diagonal line crossing it (from top left to bottom right, sort of), and if you've made a couple of mistakes but completed the level, that level hex will be blue but lacking that diagonal line.

However, if you've made 1 (one) mistake before completion of a level, it also shows up with the diagonal line looking exactly as the perfect-0-mistakes ones.

So, in order to get the perfectionist achievement, are 1 mistakes per level allowed? Or is there any other way to tell which levels where you've erred once need to be redone, other than actually writing them down, or immediately redoing them to perfection every time before moving to the next?

Problem is, there doesn't seem to be any graphical difference between levels with zero mistakes and levels with 1 single mistake.

I started a new save to quickly illustrate my point, check it out

1-1 was done perfectly (no mistakes)
1-2 had 1 mistake
1-3 had 2 mistakes

1-1 and 1-2 look identical, while 1-3 is 'non-shiny'.

Does it mean 1 mistake is tolerable for the perfectionist achievement? Or do i need to see an optometrist and there is some minute detail I'm missing?

I am not sure. Maybe the game does tolerate 1 mistake...

Well, I know i left 1 mistake in one of the 4-* levels, so I guess I'll find out by not redoing it and finishing the rest of them perfectly. I'll post here if the achievement pops or not.

I completed 6-2 or 6-3 with a single mistake and left it, still got perfectionist after defeating the last puzzle.
