Game not launching

I’m having trouble launching the Indiana Jones Great Circle game. It won’t open—it just stops immediately without any error messages and gives me the option to launch it again, which doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything to fix it, like clearing cache files and verifying game files, but nothing has worked.

I’m not sure if the issue is that my computer doesn’t meet the game’s requirements, but the application doesn’t say that, even though other games usually notify me when my computer isn’t compatible.

If anyone can help me figure this out, I’d be very grateful, especially if I can get an answer within two weeks before I refund the game. Thank you.

Find crash event in Event Viewer in Application log and see what is the exception number

Refund the game - you're nowhere near the minimum system specs, you need a GPU with raytracing capability.

Minimum:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system

Me too, the game won't launch. The popup box says_
Renderer setup error: installed driver is out of date, please update to latest version.

My driver is up-to-date.
