I was simply playing through a normal campaign of LW2, when I suddenly noticed that one of my soldiers (who normally has a GLaDOS voice pack) had switched over to the basic American 1 voice.
I went to investigate, and sure enough the GLaDOS voice pack was completely abscent in my list. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod but to no avail, I even went and used the alternative mod launcher to see if there were conflicts happening. There wasn't.

The mod in question hasn't been updated since March 20nd, XCOM itself hasn't had any updates (to my knowledge) either. I wanted to hear if anyone else has run into similiar issues.


On another note; my guess as to what is happening is that I downloaded another voice pack mod that overwrittes the files from the GLaDOS voice mod without telling. I can't confirm if this is the case though, as it is just a theory.
