With the new foundations update came the Rhegus Greaves which let you walk upside down. Ever since I saw them, I had the idea of entirely upside down islands. And I produced 2 islands as proof of concept:

I'm proud of those islands, they are a unique thing in the island creator and it would be interesting to see people with more experience with the island creator than myself make some. Sadly, the Rhegus Greaves, the inspiration behind these islands, are not accessible in the island creator. I have not been able to test these islands properly without them, which is a shame.

Another problem, which made it a pain to construct these islands, was how the grass works. You see, on normal islands the grass layer is usually on top of the island, so grass goes up. But when the grass layer is on the bottom, grass doesn't appear at all. Because of this, I had to manually place grass assets all over the island, which took time and needlessly raised the complexity of the island.

I have more to say, about this, and yes, I understand this isn't what the game is about, but I want to see more islands like this, and support for the construction of these islands will likely encourage people to make some islands in this style.
