Problem is you're not sure what to expect as a checkpoint; there's no notice 'Checkpoint Reached' or 'Saving Game' message
I've wasted thirty minutes of playing time thinking that if I dropped out where I did it should auto save
This is a game to avoid if you have a backlog; far too time needy
In general there are these checkpoints, but on a Game Over you are asked anyway to restart the level or go to the main menu. I was always going to the main menu and loaded the checkpoint save. Don't know if this is intended.
I think I will let some time go by before I replay the level again. And if I loose again at the countdown, I will use ALT+F4, its so strange.
checkpoints, and then last checkpoint is saved then overwritten once you start the level again, or a new save point comes when you have restarted.
i would hope and think they left the last save option in there to help players
but one never knows, been so many save systems over the years.
and long ago we had passwords, before that nothing x.x the darker days ive heard of
were you either finish in one go, leave the system on, or other means lol
