No audio
Have absolutely no audio, reinstall does nothing, nothing to validate and turning music on and off doesn't do anything

Try installing/re-installing these:
XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 [www.microsoft.com] and .NET Framework 4.5 [www.microsoft.com]

I've sorted it now, for some reason whenever I launch the game the audio is disabled in the debug section of the settings
