hi guys,
i dont understand how i can have this achievement, i tried to dowload 2d model on live2d contain but dosent work.

if someone can help me

the pro version of facerig inclued 2d live model ?

Yes, it's dumb but you have to use one of the 2D live models from the DLC/addons

use SAM for steam, problem solved
