Facerig Mac
I bought FaceRig on 11/2/14 In hopes of a bright future when I could use it on a mac.

Is today that day?

Today is not the day for Mac unfortunatelly. When we've posted a community poll to know which version should come first, mobiles or Mac, the mobiles won.
After we release the mobile version (iOS and Android), we will probably start working on the Mac version. We are still indies and we take it one step at a time, mobile version will be available soon ^.^

I use it using a mac running via Parallels. It work great. Not perfect but I've found work arounds with exporting into FCPX to get desired effect.

i can't install facerig in Parallels in win10,when i started install facerig in steam,the facerig always hasn't work.and do you know why? tks

Currently FaceRig is available on Windows only, so it is not meant to work in Parallels on Mac.

I also hope a mac version comes out soon. One reason why a community poll would vote for mobile first is that since this is a windows-only product there aren't many mac users in this community, so not many even knew there was a poll. It seems a lot software that rely on direct x don't have mac versions. I understand though it takes a lot of resources for an indie to do multiple platforms. Just hoping to see an os x version one day!
