1. Does it give you an error message or does just nothing start?
2. When you first clicked launch, did it started installing or not?

it didnt start installing just showed up in the library.
and im using a mac, tried to uninstall it but it wont let me right click the program name

Aka, this program is at the moment WINDOWS ONLY.

However:
The devs are currently working on the mobile version, and when that version is done, they are going to work on the Mac and after that the Linux version, as chosen by the community in a poll.

You could try asking for a refund from Steam (since you played it for less than 2 hours and within 2 weeks from buying, which entitles you to a quick refund through the support page)
Or you could just keep it in your library till FaceRig is updated to mac, or for use on a windows PC.
