That delay also applies to new platform development, as we could only start work on new platforms after 1.0 was launched.
Furthermore the next platforms have been voted on by our community and mac ended up behind mobiles as a priority.
Things are not simple also because it is not just us to has to port the code for that new platform, but all our 3'rd party technology partners too. (and some of them are simply not interested in porting their tech to mac, we need to apply alternate solutions to replace those libraries on mac and implement those functionalities locally. that means hiring specialized engineers for that, buying more macs and doing the needed work. All these take a lot of resources and time)
MAC IS A LESS PRIORITY THAN MOBILES!!!!!!!!!
