Once a version has been completed, Holotech will be seeing which platform people most want them to develop on next. The next platform will likely be Mac, judging by the number of people asking if Facerig works on Mac.
As it stands, Android and iOS are both likely to come after Mac and Linux - both because of development difficulty and more people have been asking for the latter two.
It's also worth keeping in mind that a lot of things can be cut down to make the program run better - lower polygon count, less taxing models (less fur physics for example), and probably more I have no knowledge about. For example, if Skyrim were ported, models would probably be reduced to Morrowind quality, particle, lighting and shadow effects would be reduced, and texture resolutions and draw distances would be reduced to improve frame rate and ram usage. On top of that, there would likely be less background processes - less advanced AI, less simultaneously active AI, and more.
It'd certainly be possible to get it to a stage that the game could run on a phone, if you ignore the control issues :3
