I tried out FaceRig and one thing I find bothersome is that every time my face leaves the camera and comes back, it says new face detected. Then it wants to recalibrate everything. I can push "No, thanks" but I'm pretty sure it has dropped my sensitivity tweakings once it thinks it's a different face. I'm the only person that ever uses the program, so I would like to be able to disable this "New Face Detected" popup. What I think could be a workaround is to pop out the secondary window and capture that window instead, since it never shows any GUI. However, in this case I would like the option to hide/remove the main window, hopefully to free up some processing power.
