In the launcher, click the gear icon
OR
In the program itself, click the gear icon (general settings) and then the performance tab.
There you can set 3 FPS values + if FaceRig should be a Low Priority Process.
For the FPS values: lower values mean less CPU usage but more delay / stutteriness with the program.
Main App Frame Cap: The rendering of the avatar, usage of buttons, and the program in general
Face Tracker Frame Cap: How fast images from your webcam get converted to the avatar
LipSyncer Frame Cap: How fast sounds get converted to movements of the lips.
I suggest starting out with everything on 30 and with low priority on, start the program and start playing with the values in-program to see the effects and what works best for you. Also, if it still doesn't really work for you now, try waiting till the next update and try again, Holotech Studios is always trying to improve the program's performance.
