I have also talked with the artists to set aside a slice of time a day from creating new content to peruse that particular forum and seek to help anyone needing help.
first part is finished work where all finished work is posted for show and download. second part is unfinshed work where any one is having trouble with there work befor it can be finished submitted for download.
the main idea is to organize community created content sub forum so you don't need to hunt for the finished work with in all the help posts. this may not this may not seem like a problem now because the foums have a small number of posts but when it gets big it will.
