You can do that yourself in the general setting, noise cancellation: it also has an auto detect option. For sound loopback, ALWAYS use headphones.
blank face might be possible, but the artistic devs from the Holotech Team are currently backed up with both the Halloween and the IGG avatars, so that will take a bit.
That would be both copyright infringement, and since Holotech is charging for it, they can be sued, so that seems like a no-go.
That's a limitation with the software by Visage Technologies, so for now that also is a no-go.
Also a note, I'm not one of the developers, so these answers are only my own take on them.
