ALT button controls
Right now, controls are:
Alt + Left mouse button = rotate
Alt + Middle mouse button = move
Alt + Right mouse button = zoom

It's counterintuitive and hard to use. Usually wheel is used for zooming, so Alt + Wheel up / down should result in zooming. Currently wheel is completely ignored. And clicking middle button isn't easy on most mouses because it's a wheel. Alt + Right mouse button should be used for moving instead.

I'm also not convinced rotating avatar is useful at all (and useful enough to make it a function of the primary mouse button), considering rotation is easy to control with head and body movements (with increased sensitivity, if necessary), but whatever.

Hello,

The controls are based on the defaults used in animation and modelling software, we thought that if it worked for the artists, will work for everyone :).

We are planning to make all controls re-bind-able (maybe even save key binding profiles).

Regarding the usefulness of the avatar rotation, the tracker cannot detect such a rotation that you can do with mouse and keyboard. Also, it was implemented in conjunction with the Pose Avatar options, letting the user set a pose of the avatar without the tracker's aid. As an example, I used these features to make an awesome wallpaper.

We are considering your suggestions (it is highly probable we'll add Alt + Wheel for zooming along side the current binding) and thank you for you feedback!

Like Maya? Because 3ds Max and Blender use different bindings...
