Logitech C922 720p60 Not Available?
I'm testing FaceRig with the new Logitech C922, and I noticed the 60fps option is missing completly. Is this some sort of bug?

Hi,

We have checked on our side and it works for us.
We will investigate this further, in the meantime, please let us know if you have a special setup.

Thanks!

I don't think I have anything special. Windows 10 x64, latest steam version of FaceRig, latest drivers. These are all the options I get: http://i.imgur.com/d4uENcD.png

You said you would check this 6 months ago, and you're ignoring this post after I confirm the exact same issue. Are you ever fixing this or not?

We managed to reproduce this issue on our side and found a fix for it. We are going to release the fix in future updates.

Note that we are a small indie team that manages the community, fixes bugs, develops new features and adds avatars, bugs will slip by, comments will sometimes be unintentionally ignored.

This issue is quite minor, as FaceRig tracking works fine with 30fps refresh rate. Moreover, camera refresh rate depends a lot on the shutter refresh rate which varies with the lighting setup, so you may actually set the cam to 60 Hz and get a 18 Hz, and that's nothing that can be controlled application side.

If you disable the low light correction in the webcam settings you won't have this issue.

Hi guys, any update on this issue? Owner of Logitech C922 here and Facerig is still not offering 720p60pfs setting for this webcam. Thanks in advance.

They still haven't fixed this, and they told me they would 7 months ago, first reported as an issue over a year ago.
